The workshop introduces participants to the world of martial arts through practicing various techniques, strengthening physical abilities, and developing discipline and self-control. Participants will experience different styles such as karate, judo, Krav Maga, and taekwondo, learn self-defense principles, practice the use of traditional weapons, and improve coordination and balance. The workshop also incorporates creative elements, cinematic-style fight photography, and preparation for an impressive final performance.
